Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds today placed new restrictions on gatherings and on certain business because of a growing number of coronavirus cases in the state. Reynolds at a news conference today, urged Iowans to stay vigilant to slow the spread of the virus.
The Governors emergency health proclamation will includes additional public measures. The Governor Today wants to limit groups for various activities.
This also includes the numbers of people at private and public gatherings such as at homes or sporting events.
Reynolds says the number of coronavirus cases are exploding around the state, and Iowans need to take steps to stop its spread.
